The staff provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The carpeted hallways felt outdated.

the location was super close to the ferry, which was a big plus. the room was small but clean, which is good enuff for a night. staff were nice too, so that was a win. loved that we could have dinner at the hotel since there wasn't much around. comfy beds helped us sleep well.
but the shower pressure was really low, and the breakfast area could've been cleaner. also, my room was cold when I got there, which wasn't great.

this hotel woudl have been a lovely stay if not for the awful restaurant hours. who closes on weekends? ! also, my room reeked of cigarettes and I had to deal with roudy maids at 9am. honestly, I almost had a pleasant time but alas, I expected a complimentary gift for my inconvenience and got nothing instead.

The room was cozy with comfy beds, and we loved the connected doors for our family! Plus, the secure parking gave us peace of mind after our long drive.
The shower pressure was so low, I thought it was preparing me for a drought! And with those tiny towels, I felt like a dog drying off after a bath.

We had a canny time, like! The breakfast was champion with eggs and bacon, just what we needed. But that shower had low pressure—could’ve been better, like. though, it was a proper decent place to stay before our journey.

The convenient location near the Eurotunnel made it ideal for my journey, and the free parking was a significant bonus. The breakfast had a good selection, including fruits and yogurts, which catered to various dietary needs. On the downside, the cleanliness of the shower wasn't up to par, and it was disappointing to have only bath towels available. some of the cutlery in the dining area appeared quite dated and tarnished.

Had a great time with friends. The location was perfect for our ferry trip, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed playing darts and had some nice pizzas from the bar. Breakfast was a good spread. staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!
The shower in our room was a letdown, as it had very low pressure. the absence of a kettle made it tricky for a late-night tea.

I had a delightful stay with very clean rooms and friendly staff who were always helpful. The breakfast spread was quite unexpected, providing quality options to start the day 🌟. Parking was convenient, making it an excellent spot for travelers.
A thicker duvet would’ve made for a cozier night.

Very clean room and a comfy bed for a quick stop. A lovely park for the pups nearby, and unbelievably close to the Eurotunnel. Easy on the eyes, just like me!
The decor could use a serious makeover—feels like a time warp! And the bathroom lacks space. I nearly had to perform acrobatics just to wash my hands!

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a variety of items including fresh pastries and organic juices. the shower pressure could use improvement to enhance the overall experience.

great location, but disappointing shower pressure
The staff was very pleasant and professional, making check-in smooth. I enjoyed the spacious parking area, making it convenient to leave my car. Breakfast had a good selection, and I was pleasantly surprised by freshly cooked eggs and bacon, which added a nice touch to the morning.
The shower pressure was quite low, making it less enjoyable when it came time to refresh after a long day.
